Note: This assignment cannot be made up as is.  If you need to make up the points, please see me for an alternate assignment.  Points may be made up through the end of the semester.

 

The following quiz serves as a checklist.  Please mark "true" as you go and hit "submit" when your group is ready to present.

 

You will be expected to arrange a time and meet as a group sometime between Monday 2/1/2021 at 1:45 and Thursday 2/4/2021 at 12:30 to complete parts 2 and 3 of your group work. These parts of the presentation are now open for your use.

 

We will present starting at the beginning of class on Thursday.

You will be expected to do the following work, according to your role.

Admin Assist- Initiate a Canvas Email between all members of your group.  Re-share your group's shared slide deck, possibly by linking it into the same email.  When you create the email, make sure you uncheck the box that says "send an individual message to each recipient."  If you aren't sure how to set this up, click here.  Need someone's last name? Leader- Reply to all with at least three dates and times that you are able to meet.  Coordinate with your team members until you find a time that works for everyone.  Follow up with any members that do not reply in a timely manner.

All- SHOW UP TO THE MEETING.

Leader- Make sure everyone participates.

Admin Assist- Make sure everyone has documents.

Recorder- Make sure notes are taken.

Speaker- Make sure a presentation is ready for Thursday at class time.  Speaking responsibilities can be shared, but Speaker needs to be responsible for coordinating in that case.
